My Mom says brussell sprouts aren’t as bad as I remember them being as a kid.  This spicy honey roasted recipe from Dash of Jazz makes me want to find out!

    So many great options! Im partial to those potatoes (which are my moms recipe) but those creamed lima beans are going to make an appearance on my table very soon!

      Hi, MIchele!! Mmmm, those potatoes look so delicious! They are on my short list to to try! And I am right there with you on the Lima beans. My family isn’t a big fan, but I love them, so I am hoping that recipe will sway their opinions!

  2. I have been roasting lots of vegetables lately but am always looking for new recipes to try! Thanks for sharing my cheesy creamed corn. It may not as healthy as roasted veggies, but it sure is delicious! 🙂

      Hi Kristen, Cheesy creamed corn is the perfect recipe for days like today. Here in Tennessee it is cold and flurrying, so something warm and comforting is definitely on the menu! I love roasting vegetables, too. It’s so easy and “hands off”! And, there aren’t very many dishes to wash.
